About
A different kind of buyer.
One who stays.
Friedeberg Holdings acquires, operates, and grows established owner-operated businesses in the Pacific Northwest — with a focus on Bainbridge Island and Seattle. We look for businesses with strong reputations, durable cash flow, loyal customers, and long-term expansion potential. We don't flip companies. We run them.
At the helm is David Friedeberg, a principal with nearly two decades of experience building and managing businesses across manufacturing, wellness, e-commerce, retail, hospitality, and the arts. He holds a Master's degree in Business from Harvard and an Executive MBA from INSEAD — a foundation that shapes a rigorous, globally-informed approach to leadership, operations, and strategy.
As founder of OXOMIO, a supplement and wellness company defined by high-quality formulations and operational transparency, he has managed teams of over 40 people while personally overseeing manufacturing systems, compliance programs, logistics, finance, marketing, and customer experience. This hands-on operating background is central to how Friedeberg Holdings approaches every acquisition: with deep respect for what the founder built, and a genuine commitment to making it better.
Industries of particular interest include construction, specialty services, infrastructure, manufacturing, and professional services — especially businesses with recurring demand and real opportunities for modernization through technology and operational improvements.
Beyond business, the principal is involved in the Foundation Pedro Friedeberg, preserving and expanding the legacy of celebrated Mexican artist Pedro Friedeberg through museums, exhibitions, cataloging, and international partnerships. His personal passions — Japan, architecture, aviation, design, and the Japanese concept of omotenashi service culture — inform an ethos of craftsmanship, transparency, and long-term thinking in everything he builds.
